Experience a day at the theater with Potted Potter – The Unauthorized Harry Experience and receive a special Blumenthal Performing Arts patch! Come to the theater early for a special workshop tailored especially for the Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors, followed by a catered lunch in our lobby and then the matinee performance of Potted Potter. Outdoor Cooking @ Camp Guilrock

Cooking a simple meal on fire and camp stove, sanitation and food storage – you’ll be prepared to guide girls to cook outdoors. Prerequisites: Firebuilding, Be Safe, Be Ready: Outings and Overnights AND Be Safe, Be Ready: Girl Planning. This course completes the Cook Out License, allowing girls to build and cook over fires.

FEE: $10

BRING: Plastic or metal dishes/silverware in a mesh bag (an onion or orange bag works great!)

Are you working with girls who are earning the Gold Award or Silver Award? The Silver and Gold Award Adult Learning Opportunities are required for all troop leaders/advisors working with girls earning those awards.

In this combination class, both awards will be covered. Learn about steps, timelines, determining needs, difference between community service and Take Action projects and more! Discuss how to get started, receive and review the GSCP2P Gold Award and Silver Award information packets and the accompanying Gold and Silver Award adult volunteer guides. Please note: We have launched the online Gold and Silver Award Adult Learning Opportunity, in addition to in-person sessions.
