Girl Scouts Love State Parks- Pilot Mountain State Park
GSUSA and America’s State Parks have initiated a nation-wide, annual event to get Girl Scouts involved with our state parks. Girl Scouts P2P and NC State Parks have teamed up to support girls, troops and families in getting outside and exploring parks on July 13-14!
This day program includes three sessions- two will focus on the new ranger booklet coming out in time for our event and girls will receive the Junior Ranger patches that day! The other will focus on the “Outdoor Skills” fun patch (first aid charm at Pilot Mountain). Participants have the option to order the patch and/or charm at time of registration so they can pick it up that day. Girls and women T-shirts are also available for purchase if ordered by June 10, 2019. All girls registered for this event will receive the official “Girl Scouts Loves State Parks” event patch.
