Location: Camp Ginger Cascades (Lenoir, NC)
Come join us for a weekend at Camp Ginger Cascades earning your Outdoor Journey! Girls will learn basic first aid, camping and cooking skills and how to be a good friend to nature while spending time outdoors. Participants will complete all steps and badges for their Outdoor Journey except the Take Action Award. This event is great for girls who love the outdoors, want to gain more skills in camping or want to complete a journey. The price of all badges earned as part of the journey are included in the cost of this event. Please note that this is an overnight event. Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday, as well as breakfast on Sunday. Participants should bring bedding along with any other overnight supplies they need.
