Release your inner artist at our Outdoor Art theme week at Camp Ginger Cascades! Campers of all ages will get creative and look for inspiration in the colors, shapes and sounds of nature. In addition to traditional camp activities such as archery, boating and climbing wall, campers will also make art using materials found in nature, make music outdoors and design pieces of art that interact with the environment.
Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors will be going on field trips to supplement the activities that we are doing at camp! Seniors and Ambassadors will take an overnight trip to Asheville and Camp Pisgah. In Asheville, they will take a pottery class where they will use a pottery wheel to make an art piece. They will also visit the Biltmore Estate to be inspired by the beauty of the grounds and gardens.
