Hike, camp and hone your wilderness survival skills at our Survivor Challenge theme week at Camp Ginger Cascades! Campers of all ages will challenge themselves by stepping up their outdoor skills, getting out into nature and taking part in new outdoor adventures. In addition to traditional camp activities such as archery, boating and climbing wall, campers will also learn about planning and preparing for hiking and camping trips, packing and preparing gear, building shelters, making campfires and camp cooking.
Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors will be going on field trips to supplement the activities that we are doing at camp! Seniors and Ambassadors will be biking the Virginia Creeper Trail and camping overnight at Grayson Highlands State Park in Virginia.
