We provide fun activities that will help your troop to understand
the properties of air, air quality and the sources of air pollution in
North Carolina while also satisfying Journey and badge requirements.
After completing these activities we will provide you with the
"Think.Act.Breathe." patch!
These activities
can be self-led for individual troops, or we can send our staff to
larger events to go through activities with you! Visit our website and
you will find a selection of activities that will satisfy Girl Scout
badge and Journey requirements and can be completed during a single
troop meeting. These activities make direct connections with the “Get
Moving” Journey for Juniors, the “Breathe” Journey for Cadettes, the
“SOW What?” Journey for Seniors and the Eco Advocate badge for
Ambassadors, but can be used elsewhere if appropriate.
Cost: Free
Group Size: Self-led or 25-100 to be facilitated by our staff
