Are you an aspiring camp counselor or an older camper looking to take your leadership skills to the next level? Apply to our Teen Outdoor Leadership Program (TOLP) by February 28!
TOLP expands the Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program from a summer camp experience to a year-round leadership development program. In addition to the summer CIT program, TOLP offers the Teen Outdoor Leadership Summit in the spring and Teen Outdoor Leadership Conference in the fall to keep program members engaged and learning throughout the year!
Please note: Admission into TOLP is a prerequisite for CIT I & II programs.
