Join A Troop

Your Girl Scout friends can't wait to meet you.

The groups of Girl Scouts who meet for activities and adventures are called Girl Scout troops. And once you find yours, you’ll never want to let them go.

Why? Because these Girl Scouts and their families are going to become a circle of friendship like you’ve never had before. Your troop is a safe space where you can take risks, have fun and be your true, unfiltered self.

Go to https://mygs.girlscouts.org/.
Select Find Troops and continue through the search.
Once you’ve found and selected a troop, click the + for each girl you want to register into the troop. If you are unable to locate a specific troop, scroll to the bottom of the troop listing and click on "I want to participate without a troop."
At the log in prompt, either create a new account or log in to an existing one.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to continue filling out your member details and payment information.
You will pay $45 in membership dues. If you require financial assistance, please fill out the Financial Assistance Application in addition to completing registration.
Note: Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Getting started is simple.

After providing basic contact information, you’ll get a list of troops that might be right for you. Check out their meeting frequencies, times and locations—then choose the one you like best.
