Rallyhood is an all-in-one online platform that combines many of the tools we all use to:

communicate with each other
manage event promotion and registration
share files and photos
post, respond and collaborate with other volunteers and caregivers.

Unlike other solutions, Rallyhood allows individuals to get information curated for their individual Girl Scout experience, giving every group their own micro-site with a built-in suite of tools and the flexibility to personalize your environment without the need for IT or web development resources.

Maximize Your Rally

Stripe payment processing features can be added to your troop and service unit rallies. Once installed, you will be able to use Rallyhood to collect payments for dues and events- even for people who do not have a Rallyhood account. Troop leaders or service unit managers who are interested in accepting payments should complete the Rallyhood Stripe Request Form. Requests will be filled in the order they are received.

FAQs

What is the level of involvement of GSCP2P staff? toggle arrow

Our primary goal in launching Rallyhood is to connect GSCP2P members with each other and facilitate communication across our geographic area. GSCP2P staff members will be in many of the rallies to help answer questions and facilitate conversation, but they will not be monitoring Rallyhood 24/7.

If you have a specific question that needs to be answered by staff, we ask that you please contact GSCP2P Customer Care at info@girlscoutsp2p.org or 800-672-2148. Personal questions about you or your Girl Scout's participation—including specific questions about payments, memberships, allergies, and more—should not be posted in Rallyhood. Additionally, Rallyhood should not be used to escalate inquiries that have already been submitted to GSCP2P.

What is Rallyhood? How will it help my service unit, troop or Girl Scout family? toggle arrow

Rallyhood aims to simplify the day-to-day responsibilities of volunteers in leadership roles and provide a secure space for an online Girl Scout community. The platform seamlessly integrates so many of the functions our volunteers need — communication, calendaring, file and photo sharing, and surveys — and that’s just a partial list!

Rallyhood combines the functionality of various tools like Eventbrite, SignUp Genius, Shutterfly, Facebook, Flickr, Google Calendar, Google Forms and Survey Monkey. Service units and troops can customize their sites with their own photos and information, creating their own space for volunteers and caregivers to communicate.

Why did GSCP2P choose Rallyhood? toggle arrow

Our council is launching Rallyhood to provide an additional level of support to our membership. It provides us with a council-wide solution that brings all of our service units, troops, committees, and forums together on one platform to create a more consistent and efficient Girl Scout experience for all of us.

Rallyhood has been working with Girl Scout councils all over the country— and we have heard great things from our sister councils. The creators of Rallyhood have their own Girl Scout journies and they’re familiar with the Girl Scout Movement, how it benefits girls and the needs of its volunteers.

How is Rallyhood different from other apps? toggle arrow

We have heard from many volunteers how the inconsistency of using fragmented tools creates lots of challenges and makes volunteer lives difficult. Rallyhood helps us take a more streamlined approach. The intent is to have one platform with all the tools and all our council groups in one place.

Rallyhood has created an ecosystem customized to our council and volunteer groups and will continue to work with council staff to improve how the system works for our volunteers.

How do I start a Rallyhood Community for my service unit or troop? toggle arrow

Our council has already created a Rallyhood community for each service unit and troop. Service unit managers and troop leaders should receive an e-mail invitation on September 2, 2025 to access and start using their Rallyhood site.

I’m already using other platforms to store and share files, posts, calendars, and photos. How do I move them to Rallyhood? toggle arrow

There is not an automatic way to move content from other platforms to Rallyhood, as they are competing companies. You will need to move content manually to Rallyhood by downloading from your existing platform(s) and uploading to Rallyhood. The good news: it might be a good time to clean up and reorganize your photos and files!
