To enjoy a back-to-nature camping experience and/or to camp out at an established campsite with access to running water, bath house facility and designated fire ring, at least one member of your troop needs to complete the Basic Camping Skills License. This course is valuable for volunteers who work with troops and want to help them build independence by learning many useful outdoor skills. This license is valid for five years.
