Are you an aspiring camp counselor or an older camper looking to take your leadership skills to the next level? Apply to our Teen Outdoor Leadership Program (TOLP)! TOLP expands the Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program from a summer camp experience to a year-round leadership development program. In addition to the summer CIT program, TOLP offers the Teen Outdoor Leadership Summit in the spring and the Teen Outdoor Leadership Conference in the fall!
Admission into TOLP is a prerequisite for CIT I & II programs. Applications are due by Friday, January 31. You will receive a direct link to register for CIT I or CIT II after application decisions have been made in mid-February.
