Prepare to embark on a global adventure without ever leaving camp! In addition to all your favorite camp activities, this week invites campers to choose their own way to explore both camp and culture. Campers can dive into specialized crafts inspired by global traditions, learn traditional dances from different regions and even participate in outdoor international cooking, trying out flavors and techniques from around the world. Throughout the week, campers will have countless opportunities to discover new passions, broaden their horizons and learn more about the diverse cultures that make our world so vibrant. Each activity encourages curiosity, creativity and connection as campers explore the world around them. Midweek brings Theme Thursday: Around the World Edition, a day for campers to show off their travels or their dream destinations! Campers can wear t-shirts, hats, scarves or other fun accessories from places they've visited-or ones they'd love to explore. It's a playful, creative way to celebrate global cultures while keeping the focus on fun, imagination and personal experiences. The highlight of the week is our vibrant International Fair, where campers can experience dishes, traditions, games and activities inspired by the home countries of our amazing summer staff. It's a colorful celebration of global community, curiosity and connection-right here at camp!
Juniors: Juniors will participate in two visits designed to deepen their horsemanship skills and fulfill their GSUSA Junior Horseback Riding badge requirements.
All sessions: All campers will have the option to join us one afternoon to meet the horses and enjoy a fun, unmounted activity where they'll learn all about our awesome horses!
