Equine & Barn Assistant

The Equine & Barn Assistant will work at Circle C Equestrian Center in Sophia, NC and perform all aspects of daily horse care and barn chores, including but not limited to, feeding, turn-out, cleaning stalls, supervising student barn assistants and volunteers. This position will work 10-20 hours per week.

Equine & Barn Student Assistant

The Equine & Barn Student Assistant will train on the job to learn and perform all aspects of daily horse care and barn duties.

This position is an opportunity to learn, develop horse handling skills and is ideal for someone interested in pursuing a career in the Equine, Agriculture or Veterinary Industries. Student Assistants will work 6-10 hours per week.

Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist provides prompt retail service to customers in the council shop, by phone and via ecommerce. She or he also responds to inquiries in a high quality, customer friendly, timely and efficient manner- giving customers a superior customer service experience. This person will also maintain the shop floor in an orderly fashion and collaborate with the Director of Retail & Customer Care on retail space to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Engagement Manager

Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager works toward membership targets in assigned jurisdiction by developing, implementing and assessing comprehensive, full-cycle, year-round recruitment and retention strategies to increase girl and volunteer membership. They also develop and foster community partnerships with key stakeholders and help to grow their assigned service unit.

Community Program Provider- Gastonia

The Program Provider is a part‐time, seasonal position that is responsible for providing and implementing Girl Scout program following a non‐traditional troop model. The Girl Scout program can include regular meetings following the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, assisting newly forming troops and other Girl Scout sponsored programs.
