Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager works toward membership targets in assigned jurisdiction by developing, implementing and assessing comprehensive, full-cycle, year-round recruitment and retention strategies to increase girl and volunteer membership. They also develop and foster community partnerships with key stakeholders and help to grow their assigned service unit.

2022 Summer Camp Positions

Summer Camp 2022 Job Openings

Are you ready to make a difference this summer? Do you like to get outside and try new things? Then our summer camp job opportunities are for you! Camp staff will work with girls of all ages (grades 1-12) and backgrounds as they experience the magic of camp and all it has to offer. Pre-camp training (along with food, lodging and insurance) is provided and no Girl Scout experience is required- just a sincere interest and dedication to helping girls gain a love for the outdoors. We have office locations in Asheville, Gastonia, Hickory and Greensboro, NC and camp facilities in Brevard, Lenoir and Sophia, NC. All of our properties are tobacco-free.
