Customer Care Specialist- Triad Service Center

The Customer Care Specialist provides prompt retail service to customers in council shops, by phone and via e-commerce. They are also responsible for Pop Ups in the surrounding area. This person must have a high level of customer service and be able to maintain the sales floor, answer phone calls, use our customer service software, as well as other assigned tasks. This position is based in our Triad Service Center, located in Greensboro.

Customer Care Manager

The Customer Care Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of the office including being the first in line to respond to inquiries from members, families and the community. Other duties will include work in Salesforce and Hybris and support of retail operations among other duties.

This position can be based out of any of our four service centers with options available for a hybrid schedule.

Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager works to achieve membership goals in assigned jurisdiction by developing, implementing and assessing comprehensive, full-cycle, year-round recruitment and retention strategies to increase girl and volunteer membership. They develop and foster community partnerships with key stakeholders (school systems, business partners, community centers, etc.) to enhance recruitment opportunities.

Seasonal Camp Positions- Summer 2023

SEASONAL CAMP POSITIONS

No Girl Scout experience is necessary to work as a camp staff member. Salary is determined on experience and skills. Food, lodging and pre-camp training is provided.

In pre-camp training, staff learn and review camping skills, become familiar with the area and develop a working rapport with fellow staff. All staff members should have a sincere interest and dedication to helping girls enjoy simple outdoor living, the ability to work with people of all backgrounds and love for the outdoors.

Please note that all summer staff will be working at both Keyauwee Program Center in Sophia, NC and Camp Ginger Cascades in Lenoir, NC.
