Senior Director of Development (Full-time, Various locations/Hybrid)
The Senior Director of Development serves as a strategic and operational partner, translating Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont’s strategic plan and program priorities into compelling, fundable opportunities that inspire donor and partner investment. The role leads comprehensive development efforts including annual giving, individual and institutional donor pipelines, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, sponsorships and special events.
Ranger (Keyauwee Program Center, Sophia)
Our camp properties are magical places where girls explore the outdoors, develop leadership skills and create lifelong memories. We are looking for a dedicated Camp Ranger to steward our site and ensure a safe, functional and welcoming environment for all visitors. The Camp Ranger is responsible for the year-round maintenance, security and safety of all buildings, grounds and equipment. You will ensure that camp facilities are fully operational, clean and prepared for troop camping, summer camp and special events. As the "face of the camp”, you will act as a host to volunteers, families and staff, fostering a positive, safe and inclusive outdoor experience.
Marketing Intern (Seasonal, Virtual with on-site opportunities available)
Join us for a 12 week program to get real-world experience, portfolio development and school credit (if desired). Collaborate with our team for 12 hours each week to expand the visibility and understanding of the Girl Scout mission, program activities and membership opportunities. Projects may include designing graphics, videos and publications as well as writing press releases, managing social media outlets and more.
Outdoor Experience Champion (Seasonal/Part-time, Various locations)
We are looking for several Outdoor Experience Champions to join or team! Are you an enthusiastic, adventurous individual that loves the outdoors? Are you looking for a fun, high-energy job where you can make a real difference? Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont is looking for a seasonal Outdoor Experience Champion that will supervise and lead exciting activities. Working closely with the Outdoor Experience Manager, you will help campers build confidence and lifelong memories.
Customer Service Specialist (Part-time, Gastonia)
The Customer Service Specialist provides excellent customer service through the council shop and contact center management including retail transactions, phone and email responses and managing resolutions and cases that may need further research. They utilize Salesforce Knowledge Articles and document responses and correspondence in Salesforce management system. This position also provides support with updating knowledge articles, conversions and general business operations as needed or during specified high traffic times.
