Director of Outdoor Experience & Property (Full-time, flexible location)

The Director of Outdoor Experience & Property provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight for all council facilities, outdoor programs and camps. This role integrates property management and outdoor program delivery to ensure Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont properties are safe, functional, welcoming and mission-aligned spaces that support exceptional experiences for girls, volunteers and staff. This Director develops and manages long- and short-term property and outdoor experience plans, leads related staff teams, and ensures financial sustainability, compliance and innovation across all sites and programs.
Retail Champion (Part-time, Gastonia, NC)
Apply here to join our team to provide excellent customer service through hosting scheduled council mobile shops. Duties include processing retail transactions, answering customer questions and providing general information about Girl Scout merchandise. The Retail Champion will utilize the point-of-sale system to process and manage retail inventory. The Retail Champion will also provide support with general business operations as needed or during specified high traffic times.
Engagement Manager (Full-time, Guilford and Alamance County)

An Engagement Manager is accountable for reaching or exceeding membership targets in assigned jurisdiction by developing, implementing and assessing comprehensive, full-cycle, year- round recruitment and retention strategies to increase girl and volunteer membership. They develop and foster community partnerships with key stakeholders (school systems, business partners, community centers, etc.) to enhance recruitment opportunities. The Engagement Manager is responsible for membership lead identification and conversion, new volunteer recruitment and retention through onboarding/orientation and new leader first-year experience and ensuring operational health and growth of assigned service units.
