Camp Property Assistant (Seasonal, Sophia)
Come join us at Keyauwee Program Center for a summer filled with adventure. The Property Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance, cleanliness and sanitation of camp facilities within established policies and procedures. This includes assisting with maintenance tasks, such as mowing and pool care, as well as sanitation tasks such as restocking paper supplies and cleaning up around camp.
Camp Ranger (Full-time, Brevard)
As the Ranger of Camp Pisgah and a member of our Property team you will ensure the efficient and safe operation of the facilities and property of the assigned site(s). This role maintains the property and equipment, manages property development and natural areas, maintains outdoor and indoor program facilities, practices preventative risk management and performs or supervises all activities related to site maintenance as needed. The Ranger must have exemplary customer service skills and be naturally customer-focused as they will be responsible for actively hosting groups using the property.
Engagement Manager (Full-time, Various locations)
Join our council's Engagement team! An Engagement Manager is accountable for reaching or exceeding membership targets in assigned jurisdiction by developing, implementing and assessing comprehensive, full-cycle, year- round recruitment and retention strategies to increase girl and volunteer membership. They develop and foster community partnerships with key stakeholders (school systems, business partners, community centers, etc.) to enhance recruitment opportunities. The Engagement Manager is responsible for membership lead identification and conversion, new volunteer recruitment and retention through onboarding/orientation and new leader first-year experience and ensuring operational health and growth of assigned service units.
Senior Director of Development (Full-time, Based out of any location)
As Senior Director of Development, you will partner directly with the CEO to design, launch and lead a comprehensive development function, shaping the strategy, systems and relationships that drive long-term impact. You will have the runway to grow a high-performing team over time and the visibility to evolve this role into executive leadership, including a potential path to Chief Development Officer. The Senior Director of Development serves as a strategic and operational partner, translating Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont's strategic plan and program priorities into compelling, fundable opportunities that inspire donor and partner investment. The role leads comprehensive development efforts including annual giving, individual and institutional donor pipelines, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, sponsorships and special events.
