The Riding Instructor-In-Training (RIIT) Orientation program is a leadership and horsemanship development experience designed for Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors. Through this program, RIITs build courage, confidence and character while developing their skills in horsemanship and leadership. Throughout the year, RIIT participants log volunteer hours, which they can exchange for exclusive riding sessions and other special RIIT-only opportunities.
