
All girls participating in a Community Partner activity must be currently registered Girl Scout members. If participating as a troop, volunteers must be registered Adult Girl Scouts and have an approved background check on file with GSCP2P.
If the event allows for non-registered individuals to participate in an activity, they must be covered under our supplemental insurance plan. Use the Plan 2 Enrollment Form to request insurance at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Completed forms can be emailed to info@girlscoutsp2p.org.
If the activity is classified as higher risk or includes an overnight it requires an Activity and Travel Application. Please complete the form at least 30 days prior to participating in the activity.
Safety Activity Checkpoints must be followed during all Community Partner activities, including maintaining adult and girl safety ratios.
