Thank you for supporting and encouraging your Girl Scout during the Girl Scout Fall Product Program. Below you will find helpful information to support your troop during the fall product season.

The Fall Product Program is a great way to teach entrepreneurial skills while kick-starting troop funds! Learn how your troop can fund future adventures and find all the forms you will need for this program below.

Troop Proceeds: Each troop that participates in the Fall Program earns 15% of all product sold.

Higher Proceeds Option: If a troop chooses higher proceeds, they do not earn the physical rewards listed on the order card but will still receive all patches. In this case, the troop earns 18% in proceeds.

Crossover Opportunity: Troops who participate in the 2026 Fall Product Program and sell at least 100 items will receive an additional $0.05 per package of cookies sold during the upcoming Cookie Program.

Why are we having a Fall Product Program? toggle arrow

Many troop leaders are excited about having the opportunity to begin the year with great programming and the opportunity to raise start-up funds for their troops. The fall product program is a great way to help defray some of the troop cost between start-up time and the cookie program.

When does the program take place? toggle arrow

The program begins September 14. In-person order taking for girl delivery candy/nut items ends October 19. Online order taking for girl delivery candy/nut items ends October 24. Magazine and direct-ship candy/nut order taking ends November 9.

What items are being offered for the Fall Product Program? toggle arrow

Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont offers magazines, Bark Boxes, Tervis tumblers, personalized stationary products and candy/nuts through its Fall Product Program. Friends and family can order or renew their favorite magazine subscriptions through the M2 Media online program and delicious candy/nut items produced by Ashdon Farms. We offer several delicious varieties of candy and nut items that range in price from $8-10 including:

Deluxe Pecan Clusters
Roasted pecans covered in caramel and milk chocolate. 5 oz. gift box: $8

Peanut Butter Bears
Milk chocolate bears with a smooth peanut butter filling. 6 oz. gift box: $8

Dulce de Leche Owls
Fresh, milky caramel surrounded by smooth milk chocolate. 5.1 oz gift box.: $8

Dark Chocolate Caramel Caps with Sea Salt
Dark chocolate covered caramel topped with sea salt. 6 oz. gift box: $8

Peanut Butter Trail Mix
Peanuts, peanut butter gems, peanut butter mini cups, mini pretzels and cashews. 7 oz. gift box: $8

Hot Cajun Crunch
Cajun corn sticks, seasoned peanuts, pretzels and sesame sticks. 7 oz. poptop can: $8

Dark Chocolate Mint Penguins
Rich dark chocolate penguins bursting with frosty mint. 6 oz. gift box: $8

Fruit Slices
Fat free! Chewy fruit slices in an assortment of flavors. 10.5 oz. bag: $8

Raisins Covered in a Chocolate Coating

Each $8 donation will give one can of Honey Roasted Peanuts to the local food bank.

How many nut/chocolate items are in a case? toggle arrow

There are 12 items in every case.

Why should I order magazines through the council? toggle arrow

GSCP2P and local Girl Scouts receive a portion of the subscription fees. Not only are you getting a great magazine, you are supporting Girl Scouts in your local community and helping to provide programs, adult training and support for our camp.

Can I renew before my subscription is due to expire? toggle arrow

Yes. Renewals ordered ahead of time will be added on to your existing subscription through the publisher as long as customers enter their information EXACTLY as it appears on their current subscription label.

Can I order magazines for a business? toggle arrow

Yes, however the subscription must be sent to a specific person. Subscriptions sent to a business name, library or media center cannot be processed.

When will customers receive their subscription? toggle arrow

New magazine subscriptions begin in approximately 6-8 weeks. Renewals begin when the old subscription expires.

Does M2 Media accept coupons? toggle arrow

M2 Media cannot accept any coupons or discount offers.

When is payment collected for items ordered? toggle arrow

Payment is collected when the customer places their order.

What is a Care to Share Product? toggle arrow

Girls Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont is sponsoring a council-wide service project to donate Honey Roasted Peanuts to our local food banks. All girls who sell at least five items for this service project earn a special patch.

Who should I call if I have problems with my magazines or direct-ship candy/nut items? toggle arrow

If you have any problems with magazine subscriptions or orders placed online for direct ship, call M2 Media Group at 800-372-8520. If you have any problems regarding an order you placed to have candy/nut items delivered by a Girl Scout, call our council office at 800-672-2148.
