Get ready for adventure
Licenses and certifications are completed as needed for an activity. The minimum needed by a troop leader is the Leader License.
In addition to virtual and in-person workshops, we also have adult learning weekends hosted at our camp properties. Find upcoming trainings and details about our adult learning weekends on our online calendar.

Leader License 
First Aider Certification
Overnight & Activity License (online, self-paced course on gsLearn)
Basic Camping Skills License (approximately 5 hours)
Basic Camping Skills Renewal
Primitive Camping License
Backpacking License (approximately 4 hours, followed by a two-day backpacking trip)
Travel License
Training Financial Assistance
